- Q: Where is Hydrangea Hills LLC located?
- A: We are based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our billing and shipping address is:

- Q: How is a payment processed?
- A: We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway for accepting credit cards online. We offer a secure shopping cart & payment page. We use PayPal as a secure SSL domain to connect to our site. We process payment and confirm all purchases the same day the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed.
- Q: What do I see when I check out?
- A: You will go through a 4-step process to pay for a purchase:
- 1. Click the payment buttons next to the selected items.
- 2. If you have a PayPal account, you can log into PayPal and use that account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will enter all of your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal.
- 3. You will then review and complete the purchase on PayPal.
- 4. Then you will return to the Hydrangea Hills website.
- Q: Do I have to use a PayPal account to purchase items?
- A: No, you can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
- Q: Do you accept currencies other than US Dollar?
- A: No, at this time we are only accepting USD.
- Q: Do you have a brick and mortar store?
- A: No, at this time we are based online at our website http://www.hydrangeahills.com and we also do House Shows from time to time.
- Q: Can I place an order by phone, fax, mail or e-mail?
- A: No, at this time we are only accepting orders at our website and during House Shows.
- Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?
- A: All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- Q: How much does shipping cost?
- A: All orders will have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00, except for those orders over $100 which will receive free shipping. We only ship to addresses in the continental United States. All other addresses will need to contact us first at sales@hydrangeahills.com
- Q: What shipment choices are available?
- A: All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
- Q: Can I return an item?
- A: We do not process returns, but we will be happy to exchange your item. To exchange your item you will have to contact us within 72 hours to obtain an RMA#. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to Hydrangea Hills. Package must be in original condition with original packaging. In store credit will be issued for the value of the item being exchanged.
- Q: How is tax applied?
- A: Residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia will pay a 5% sales tax on all items. Residents of other states will not pay a sales tax.
- Q: Are Gift Certificates Available?
- A: Gift Certificates will be available in the near future.
